What is a "My Pocket Attorney" app? My Pocket Attorney app is the newest mobile marketing tool available to law firms. It allows attorneys to get their marketing message out more efficiently to their clients through several smart-phone technologies.
How does the process work? We have built a unique "App Builder" form online. This form allows the client to pre-configure their mobile product in three easy steps. First, you select which mobile platform or platforms you want. Second, select the features you would like to have in your attorney app. Third, proceed to the checkout page to finalize your order with a payment and client's information.
Once the order received a qualified sales associate is assigned and will contact you within 24-hours via phone to review your order for completeness. When everything has been confirmed, our developers will start the mobile app build, which will take approximately 3-5 days. When the first draft is complete, you and your sales associate will review for any changes. The final changes are made and the mobile app moves to the app market publishing stage. Mobile websites and Android apps will be published within 3-business days. Apple products take anywhere from 15-30 days.
Do I need to know software coding to maintain the app? No, we take care of the hard stuff, like software coding, app submission and app debugging issues. You will only need to have very minimal software skills. Our online accounts come with detailed videos and help files.
Your attorney apps looks custom made. How do you charge such a low fee when others of this quality charge between $3,500 - $12,000? There are other competitors popping up everyday. Many use templates where they allow the clients to build their app online with buggy software. This reduces the overall quality of the app. Next are the custom programmers who charge thousands of dollars and complete in about sixty days. We use a unique per-build feature software which reduces our work load and speeds up the process. This allows our company to pass the savings onto our clients while producing high-quality apps.
Why is there a monthly fee? My Pocket Attorney app does not charge for updates like other companies. Our philosophy is the customer should have access to their iPhone, iPad Android apps and mobile website to perform updates anytime they want. Our account monthly fee includes the cost of maintaining the source code, access to unlimited “Push Notification” messages, analytical reports and many other features to continue building upon the basic app build.
Can I sell my “My Pocket Attorney" product in the mobile app markets? My Pocket Attorney recommends you only submit the app for a free download to your clients. Having your clients pay for your mobile marketing app is just a bad idea.
Do you develop mobile apps in other languages besides English? Yes, My Pocket Attorney apps develop the app and work with the customer to complete the translations.
Can I purchase one mobile platform and add others later? Yes, you can select a mobile website, Android or Apple mobile app individually and upgrade later. You will also have the ability to select all platforms at once and save a few dollars.
What if I don’t pay my monthly fee, will my attorney app be removed from the app markets? Your “My Pocket Attorney app” will remain in the app markets via your Apple and Android account. However, you will not be able to update the app through your account anymore. Your clients will also not be able view the app content. If your payment is not made on the fifth day after a decline, we will remove your app code, and it cannot retrieved it back into our system.
I heard Apple products are sometimes difficult to get into the market. How does your company handle this issue? Great question! Apple does have a very strict approval process, and we can't even guarantee your app will get approved in the first publishing round. What we can guarantee; is we will continue to modify the app until it does become approved. Keep in mind this will change the time line of completion if we have to resubmit multiple times, which is not uncommon.
What type of support do you offer? We assign a dedicated sales associate to your order for the first 30-days during the app building stage. When your attorney app is complete and published to the app markets, we will continue support via our email ticket system.
Is there a Refund Policy? Our policy is no refund. This is because we put many hours into each account setup, which includes a basic app development. We only charge for the account setup and have no control over GooglePlay or Apple app markets. Read our Terms and Conditions for more information.

What Is App Management Service? Sometimes our clients do not have the time to maintain their attorney app. This can include items like adding new events listing, filling the shopping cart, monitoring the "Attorney Wall" activities or other items. We offer a monthly service (App Management) where our company completes these tasks for you at your directions.
